I hold a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where my capstone research earned the Distinguished Capstone Award. My approach is shaped by 15+ years of Fortune 500 experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. I create strengths-based experiences that help women recognize what sets them apart, own their worth, and lead with conviction.
