Your VIA Character Strengths Survey

After registering, keep an eye on your inbox for your link to the free VIA Character Strengths Survey. The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.

Please complete it before the event and bring your top five character strengths with you. You may bring them on your phone or as a printed copy.

There is no need to study your results beforehand. Just bring them — we’ll explore them together.

A Different Kind of Professional Gathering

This is not a lecture. And it is not another event where you sit quietly, exchange business cards, and leave with pages of notes you never look at again.

Rooted in Strength is participatory by design. You will talk. You will reflect. You will learn from other women. You will apply the tools to your own life.
